About Us

I love to help make vacation dreams come true.  Eight years as an officer for the Delta Queen Steamboat Company supervising the Purser’s Office and then Housekeeping on cruises of 3 to 19 days on the Mississippi River allowed me to meet wonderful people from all over the world and show them the beauty and history of the Midwest from New Orleans to St. Paul and Cairo to Pittsburgh on the Ohio River.  In Natchez, Mississippi, I represented six historic homes’ in the hotel industry I coordinated business meetings and special events.

 

So what does a Travel Agent do in 2011?

 

I prefer the title Travel Counselor.  There are so many choices for people now, that it can become extremely confusing and time consuming.  And that’s where a Travel Counselor comes in.  Because the Travel companies and Cruise Lines, car companies and hotels and resorts pay me, I can save you time, money and confusion with our knowledge of the industry and what companies and destinations will fill your needs and wants.  Together with my associates, we have the experience and knowledge to put the fun and excitement back into travel planning.
