Prices do not include government fees and taxes. All cruise lines have a stipulation for a fuel surcharge assessment of about $9 per person per day if prices exceed $90 – 100 per barrel.  Prices also do not include airfare or insurance. Travel On Park always recommends travel to the port of embarkation the day prior to the cruise.
